A Front Opening Unified Pod or FOUP wafer carrier box used in a semiconductor manufacturing process line is used to transport and transfer wafers within the fab. When taken outside of the fab area the FOUP can first be packaged in a cleanroom polyethylene bag. The polyethylene material is not a moisture barrier bag. It is used to ensure the FOUP is not opened outside of the cleanroom.
Cleanroom HDPE 6.0 mil polyethylene. Bags are available in a variety of sizes. Double bagged packaged, sealed with 25 bags per pack. Custom sizes are available for custom runs.
