Cleanroom labels are manufactured for use in a cleanroom, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or other controlled environment area. The 2.0" wide x 1.0" high label has removable adhesive and designed for use on a direct thermal printer. 1000 labels on a roll with a 1" diameter plastic core. The cleanroom labels are suitable for use in ISO 5 Class 100 cleanrooms. Each roll of labels is manufactured and packaged in a clean manufacturing environment. The roll of labels are double bagged and sealed in polyethylene bags so they can be brought into the gowning room staging area and on into the cleanroom. 

The material is a matte top coated direct thermal printable white polypropylene film coated with a permanent pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive and backed with an ultra smooth clear polyester release liner. Low outgassing. Excellent durability and printability.
