Zytron 100XP is a new, tougher version of Z100 – the same excellent chemical holdout with stronger physical properties. These garments are ideal where workers need protection from dry particulates or light chemical splash, and where the physical demands may be greater – the tough fabric facilitates productive work sessions. The best protective garments in the world are useless without strong, tight seams. Just one loose thread or gap, and the barrier of protection can unravel and leave you vulnerable to injury - or worse. Kappler offers four different seam types for its protective garments. Depending on the fabric and final application, users may specify:
• Serged seams for general protection
• Bound seams in the mid-range
• Heat Sealed/Taped seams for high-end chemical protection
• Ultrasonic seams for biohazard or nuclear applications
KAPPLER ZYTRON 100XP SPECIAL FEATURE

AVAILABLE STYLES

• Hooded styles include elastic face opening with extended chin protection

• Bound seam styles include storm flap with pressure sensitive tape closure
