The single wafer shippers accommodate 50mm or 2" wafers. Each wafer shipper is cleaned after molding in DI water and packaged in a cleanroom. The container is cleanroom and wafer ready. All of the parts are new.

•  For shipping and storage of 50mm wafers
•  Positive closure
•  Holds one wafer facedown
•  Wafer face contact is on the edge only
•  Eight spring cushion holds the wafer
•  Overall size: 62mm x 62mm x 14mm
•  Stackable
•  Manufactured from standard polypropylene material which does not have any ESD properties
•  ESD safe (black) polypropylene carriers are available

Polypropylene (PP) Properties:
•  Translucent/milky white (can be colored)
•  Low dielectric constant (insulating)
•  Not hygroscopic (water absorption <0.01%)
•  Continuous use temperature limit: 55 C
•  Melting temperature: 164 C
•  Specific gravity: 0.9g/cm^3
•  Chemical resistance: IPA OK, Acetone OK
