This tabletop, medium duty heat sealer can seal up to 2,000-3,000 polyethylene, polypropylene and other film laminate bags per day. The integrated cutter lets you produce various lengths of bags, and the maximum seal length is 32 inches. The heat sealer works with pre-made bags or tubing. The magnetic hold-down device on this impulse heat sealer ensures consistent seals, which makes it ideal for use in cleanrooms, labs, and manufacturing facilities.The magnetic bars close throughout the sealing and cooling cycle, then automatically open.

Thanks to an electric foot switch, you can operate the heat sealer by hand or by gently pressing a foot pedal. Maintenance is quick and easy – the seal bar can be replaced in less than a minute.

• Industrial Seal #MGMI: 5 mm wide, sealing wire is fastened with tensioners to prevent distortion
• Bi-active #MGMDIS: Two sealing bars, one in the arm and one in the machine.  Provides a more powerful seal which can seal thick films up to 2 x 0.25 mm.
