The tacky mats are ideal for entries to cleanroom areas. The mat surface removes particulate matter from boots, casters, and cart wheels as they cross over the mat. The adhesive mat has 30 layers of tough thin polyethylene film. Each layer is coated with a medium or optional high tack adhesive which removes dirt and bacteria particles. Each mat has a full surface adhesive backing to secure direct to floor without the need of a frame. Mats are available in White, Gray or Blue. Each tacky mat comes with 30 sticky sheets, as well as a protective top sheet which you remove to expose the first sticky sheet. There’s also a sheet on the bottom that makes the tacky mat adhere to the floor. This bottom sheet is also covered with a protective sheet. When you’re ready to place the tacky mat onto the floor, be sure to only remove the bottom protective sheet. Be cautious to not remove the bottom tacky sheet which adheres the mat to the floor. (if you do, the mat won’t stick to the floor).
