The acrylic pass through chamber is attractive, economical and made out of ¼" polycarbonate material.  Polycarbonate the pass through is made of is a strong, tough material which is not effected when wiped down with IPA or cleaning chemicals.  The polycarbonate pass through is temperature and impact resistant with a heavier gauge 3/8" clear polycarbonate doors to reduce door warpage.
